• Providing false information or opening an account in someone else's name is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

2.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. f bajje will never ask for your password.
• You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, even if it is used without authorization.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or used without authorization, immediately notify f bajje customer support.
• F bajje strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

3 Age and Territory Restrictions

F bajje believes in responsible gaming and enforces strict age and geographic restrictions.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds at which you place your bet are final, even if they change later.
• F bajje reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts if match-fixing or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Arbitrage betting and syndicate operations are strictly prohibited, and all winnings will be forfeited if detected.

5.3 Casino Games

• All casino games at f bajje are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified and ensure fair play.

7.2 Legal Compliance

7.3 Respectful Conduct

8 Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f bajje platform and may result in serious consequences:

8.1 Fraud and Manipulation

• Placing bets using software bots, automated tools, or any third-party programs.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion - conspiring with other players to gain unfair advantage, especially in poker and live games.
• Betting using insider information or match-fixing intelligence.
• Chargeback fraud – making a chargeback claim with the payment provider after depositing and playing.

8.2 Account Misuse

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Allowing someone else to use your account or using someone else's account.
• Providing false information, submitting fake documents, or identity theft.

8.3 Financial Crimes

9 Account Suspension and Closure

F bajje reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close your account at any time for any reason.

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Breaching these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failing to complete identity verification or not providing additional documents.
• Receiving complaints from other players or f bajje staff.

9.2 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

• You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time through Customer Support.

9.3 Closed Account Balance

• If an account is closed due to breach of terms or fraud, all balances and pending withdrawals will be confiscated.
• F bajje may deduct a monthly inactivity fee from inactive accounts (no login or activity for more than 12 months).

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

F bajje is committed to giving you the safest and most enjoyable experience possible, but the following limitations apply:

10.1 Service Provided "As Is"

• The f bajje platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
• F bajje is not liable for technical issues, server downtime, software bugs, or network failures.
• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

• F bajje shall not be liable for your betting losses, data loss, loss of profits, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the total amount you have deposited with f bajje in the past three months.
